Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to know if ALL of the rails and sleepers were replaced on the Victoria Tube Line between the stations of Highbury and Islington and Kings Cross stations between late 2018 and early 2019 on both the northbound and the southbound lines. Thank you for your help.
