I am seeking data from a series of surveys that were conducted as part of TfL's congestion charge "Impacts monitoring" reports. Specifically, I am looking for the series of seven "attitudinal tracker surveys" that were conducted in 2003 asking respondents about their attitudes towards congestion charging. Some summary results from the survey were published in Section 5.15 of the following report: https://content.tfl.gov.uk/impacts-monitoring-report-2.pdf I am seeking the raw data from these surveys.

Thank you for your request which we received on 3 February 2023, asking for Congestion Charge attitudinal tracker surveys from 2003.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Our data retention period is 7 years for consultation material and data. Therefore, we don’t hold anything on these surveys from 2003.
