Randell’s Road Stop F

You asked

Good morning, I hope this email finds you well. My question regarding the Randell’s Road Bus 390 Stop F is if it’s coming back, and when. That Bus stop is essential to me and many residents in this area, especially to our children who are commuting to school in the morning when it is dark like this in winter. We are all wondering when the bus stop will be in use again, and if it will be in use because there are no Bus stop signs yet.

Our ref: FOI-2832-2425/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 December 2024 asking for information about Randell’s Road Stop F.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.

The works at this location were part of the cycle lane proposal led by the Borough of Camden. To accommodate the new Cycle lanes, the bus stops were removed and required alignment, which also necessitated the removal of the associated bus shelters.

An order has been put in place to reinstall the bus shelters and bus stops. Approvals were recently confirmed, and installation is expected to be completed by mid-January 2025. While exact dates are yet to be finalised, the process typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks to complete.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
