I request information on the current salaries payable to Customer care staff of grades on the stations from CSS1 to CSA 2 and the Service Control grades of SO 4 and 3 and also the rate payable to the existing RCI grade on the LUL thank you.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9th March 2022 asking for information about the pay rates for London Underground operational staff.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I request information on the current salaries payable to Customer care staff of grades on the stations from CSS1 to CSA 2 and the Service Control grades of SO 4 and 3 and also the rate payable to the existing RCI grade on the LUL”.
I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. The salary range for these grades is provided in the attached spreadsheet (you may need to expand the width of the columns to read the data). Note that we do not recognise the grade “RCI” and therefore do not hold that information.
