Please provide a full breakdown of costs incurred concerning TFL’s interaction with Mount Anvil and Sainsbury’s regarding the plot of land at Goodwood Road and the area owned by Sainsbury’s at New Cross Gate.
I understand there has been three years of back and forth between TFL and Sainsbury’s regarding the two aforementioned sites and I would like to know of what costs were incurred during the talks. Please provide a breakdown such as architect, engineer, consultants costs

Thank you for your request received on 12 December 2019 asking for information about the plot of land at Goodwood Road and the area owned by Sainsbury’s at New Cross Gate.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
Since November 2016, TfL has incurred costs of £7,300 on architecture, engineering and retail consultancy support interacting with Sainsbury’s and Mount Anvil in relation to the proposed Bakerloo line extension.
In addition, the cost of time spent by TfL staff on preparing for and attending meetings on this matter in the last three years has totalled £45,800. These members of staff come from different TfL departments, including Operational Property, Planning, Commercial and Engineering.
