8) Data Security Compliance.
Would you please be so kind as to provide me with an electric copy or a link to where they have been published.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

We do not hold documentation with the aforementioned titles or similar, or any documentation which proves compliance, as compliance is an ongoing requirement of the service. Data management requirements incorporated in our Bicycle Management and Supply contract which is published as part of TfL’s transparency responsibilities can be found here.
