You asked
Please could you provide me with the following data for bus route 251 for Monday to Fridays, since 1st September 2017 to 31st December 2017, for both directions, for scheduled departures between 07:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00:
• The scheduled start time at start of route, scheduled end time at end of route and actual departure times at each bus stop on route.
• For instances when buses have been terminated

Thank you for your request received on 3 January 2018 asking for information about the performance of route 251.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached the requested route 251 data for each direction.
• The data is for a period of 01/09/2017 to 31/12/2017 and includes all trips scheduled to start between 7 and 10 AM and between 4 and 7 PM on weekdays
• Each line represents one trip
• The trips are shown from top to bottom, while the stops are shown from left to right
• The times for each trip and stop indicated departure times as recorded by iBus
• There are instances when iBus failed to record the actual departure times. Such examples are marked with “Operated, no time available” message
• All lost trips / parts of trips are marked with “Not operated” message. The reasons for such trip losses are provided
