How many times have European Parking Collection been successful in gaining judgements for TFL PCN's in European courts? Clarified 10/11/2023: I would like the information that I requested for 2022 and 2023 if that is within your limits.

Thank you for your clarified request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 November 2023 asking for information about TfL penalty charge notices (PCNs) and Euro Parking Collection.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
 
The process of administering TfL PCNs issued to foreign registered vehicles does not require gaining judgements in European Courts and therefore the answer is zero.
