Request ID: FOI-2783-2324 Date published: 23 November 2023
You asked
Follow on from FOI-2357-2324
Your response mentions "We
identify risks and discuss mitigations if necessary" - could you please confirm whether this suggests that a documented risk assessment was undertaken (not for the implementation and works involved in installing the signage, but risks associated with operation of the station with alternate signage). If such a risk assessment was undertaken I would like to request a copy of this under Freedom of Information legislation.
If such a risk assessment was not undertaken, I would like to please request a (redacted as necessary) copy of the minutes of the meeting mentioned "in which all parties are briefed, the ideas discussed and plans agreed".

Thank you for your follow up request which we received on 3 November 2023, asking for meeting minutes relating to renaming of Bond Street station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested.
A specific risk assessment was not undertaken. Risks are considered in the development of the activation. The risks associated with the operation of the station with the alternate signage were considered and discussed during the comprehensive site survey. The survey for this project involved a walk around the station with the commercial partnerships team and the station staff where the activation was discussed, risks identified and plans agreed. There aren’t specific minutes from this meeting.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
