FOI request detail

traffic lights on the Kingston Road

Request ID: FOI-2780-2223
Date published: 01 February 2023

You asked

Have the traffic lights on the Kingston Road Epsom and Tolworth been altered to slow down traffic? I’m aware Sadiq Khan has manipulated consultation results to push through the recent ULEZ expansion and it now appears the lights have suddenly been altered to manipulate traffic and cause deliberate tailbacks and false readings on pollution, if this is the case then this is fraudulent and I kindly request a FOI regarding the recent traffic light phasing within the area.
