Hello Due to the Freedom of Information Act and your information access policy, I’m looking for data on train signal failures between Exeter, on November 2nd, 2021 through to Powderham crossing and further. Can you please send asap? I need this for a safety presentation.

Thank you for your request of 3rd November 2023 asking for information about signal failures.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

“Due to the Freedom of Information Act and your information access policy, I’m looking for data on train signal failures between Exeter, on November 2nd, 2021 through to Powderham crossing and further.”

I am afraid that Transport for London (TfL) does not hold the information you require.

TfL is responsible for transport services in London only. As you question relates to infrastructure in Devon, I suggest you re-direct it to Network Rail, the body responsible for infrastructure on the National Rail network. Freedom of Information requests to Network Rail can be made via its website here:
