Low-Traffic-Neighbourhoods (LTNs) affect on bus routes
Request ID: FOI-2769-2223 Date published: 07 March 2023
You asked
I request bus arrival data for the 329 bus route (Enfield to Turnpike Lane), for 5 months – February 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019.
The reasons for requesting this data are as follows:
1. I want to see if there is any discernible affect on arrival times correlated with the introduction of LTNs in Enfield and Haringey
2. I have requested data over 5 years so that I can identify and ignore affects over the various Covid lockdowns
3. I have requested a full month per year in case there are any roadworks or similar issues that might skew data on any particular week
4. I have requested data for the entire days so that I can discern whether any “LTN affect” might only apply at peak times, for example school start/end or morning/evening rush hour.
