Under the FoI act I would the following information.
- The number of staff charged with Gross Miscounduct from January 2018 until 22 November 2019.
- Of those charged with Gross Miscounduct how many staff appealed the charge.
- Of those who appealed how many were successful.
- Of those successful how many staff returned to a post in TFL.
Please keep to the same request for information but do not include operational staff such as London Underground and bus staff, Just provide information on office based-staff. I assume you would call this non-operational staff?

Thank you for your request received on 22 November 2019 asking for information about incidents of gross misconduct in 2018 and 2019 for non-operational staff.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
The number of non-operational staff charged with Gross Misconduct from January 2018 until 22 November 2019 = 66
- Of those charged with Gross Misconduct how many staff appealed the charge = 35
- Of those who appealed how many were successful = 1
- Of those successful how many staff returned to a post in TFL = 1
There was an average number of 12,300 non-operational staff during the requested period. 0.46% of non-operational employees have had a disciplinary case using an average headcount across the timeframe. Please note that the 66 cases related to 57 employees, as some had more than one disciplinary case against them.
