2. The total dead mileage figures provided include both DAR and Community transport shifts, with mileage estimated from the presumed routing calculated by our booking and scheduling system
3. The data on which the total dead mileage figures have been based on were not collected prior to the introduction of computerised booking and scheduling system and, as a result, are not available for 2004-2005
