You asked
I apologise for the confusion. I should have written, "host and parasite" rather than host "or" parasite. I am not requesting disclosure of documents in which only the word "host" is used, which I acknowledge would be overly broad. I am requesting documents in which both of those words occur, which I believe constitutes a very narrow range, within a specific context as outlined in a recent court document, and which does not constitute a fishing expedition.
Sorry for the confusion. May I ask, are you happy to consider this email as a fresh request, or would you prefer that I email entirely separately making this new request explicit?
We answered
Our ref: FOI-2748-2021
Thank you for your revised request received on 26 March 2021 asking for email correspondence relating to Uber containing keywords the “parasite” and “host”.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do not hold the information you requested.
We searched across all TfL email accounts for any email sent between 1/1/18 and 31/12/20 to/from any @uber.com email account that contains the keywords “Parasite” AND “Host” and this did not return a single result.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
