Is this data that is provided upon vehicle licensing and can you provide a list of make model AND fuel type?

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

The information you asked for is available on our website, where we publish the make, model, licensing dates and registration numbers of the PHV vehicle fleet on a quarterly basis, which was recently updated to November 2023.
Additional information, such as the engine and fuel type is held by the DVLA at: https://www.gov.uk/get-vehicle-information-from-dvla and can also be cross-referenced with our published data via the aforementioned link.
