TfL Ref: 2742-2223 Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25 January 2023 asking for information about Gallows Corner roundabout.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: Is the Gallows corner roundabout improvements still going ahead? If so can you please provide further details such as the project timelines We can advise that the Gallows Corner Flyover is currently in the Concept Design stage and this stage is due to be completed during Summer 2023. TfL is bidding for funding from the Department for Transport to complete the design and refurbishment of the flyover. Once the funding is approved, expected in Spring 2023, TfL will proceed with Detailed Design with the construction works to the flyover commencing in February 2025.
