Who uses and what is the building at (51.5537834, -0.4509776) between Hillingdon station and the A40 used for. Is it rented out or used by TfL? I can see it is freehold TfL land

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 26th February 2022 asking for information about the use of a building behind Hillingdon station.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

Who uses and what is the building at (51.5537834, -0.4509776) between Hillingdon station and the A40 used for. Is it rented out or used by TfL? I can see it is freehold TfL land.”

I can confirm that the property and adjacent land is owned and used by London Underground (LU) for operational purposes - including the LU estate locksmith service and use by the arboriculture team.
