Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. Following your clarification, we have searched for claims received for lower leg injuries relating to incidents occurring on Victoria Line managed stations with an incident date between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2020. There have been 13 claims made (10 closed, 3 are ongoing) No compensation has been made for damages claimed in any of the claims at this point.
