We do not hold the information you have requested, I can advise that Transport for London (TfL) has not licensed Kabbee and does not conduct audits on companies that it has not licensed.

However, we do undertake compliance inspections when a private hire operator is in the process of becoming licensed and then throughout the term of their licence. We have no record of any meetings having taken place with Kabbee.
