Thank you for your email received by us on 27 December 2017 asking for information about cycle route Quietway 4 in the London Borough of Wandsworth. I apologise for the delay in responding.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. You asked for:
 
a copy of the contracts and/or formal agreements made between Transport for London and Wandsworth Borough Council with respect to design and delivery of cycle Quietway 4 in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
 
Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested as there is no contract between Transport for London (TfL) and Wandsworth Council for Quietway 4. All Quietway designs are required to be submitted to TfL for approval prior to funding being made available to Wandsworth Council for delivery. Funding for design and delivery of Quietway routes is provided to Wandsworth Council under section 159 of the Greater London Authority Act.
