We answered

TfL Ref: 2731-1819
Thank you for your email received by us on 31 December 2018 asking for information about how many times over the past five years Transport for London (TfL) staff or emergency services were mobilised to address ‘wheelstop’ incidents on the London Underground network following your previous request for information, (reference: 2325-1819).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

At present, we do not categorically record whether staff on the London Underground network are dispatched to respond to every incident as many will be dealt with by train drivers and station staff already present at the location.

However, we are currently integrating the database used for recording emergency service dispatch and this should be complete by Spring time.

Once this is complete, we will be able to feasibly extract the data you are seeking for this part of your request. If you would like to contact us again in April, we shall be happy to respond accordingly.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
