Thank you for your request which we received on 31 October 2023, asking for a site survey report concerning a signalled crossing outside 143 Syon Lane.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. The site survey was carried out on 26 October 2023 by our traffic signals engineer but no report was compiled. The information provided was based on the engineer’s site observations and the snagging (outstanding) items on the takeover certificate from the original commissioning on the 10 August.
