Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

Please find the attached list of bus lanes, which answers the first two points of your request. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to extract the hours of operation and permitted users details from our dataset due to technical problems. Whilst the permitted users and hours of operation information is also set out in the relevant Traffic Orders for each lane, if we attempt to manually collate all of the orders, we would exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 set by the Freedom of Information (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.

However you can find this information in the London Gazette which can be searched for details of bus lanes here https://www.thegazette.co.uk/all-notices/notice You will have to go through each order to find the detail you require. Please note this data is constantly changing.
