Information regarding TfL's relationship with Blue Systems

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to request if TfL are still working with BlueSystems. Blue Systems won a 2-year TfL innovation tender for a mobility data platform to manage the e-scooter trial in 2020. This 2-year period would have ended, so I would like to know if Bluesystems are still under contract with TfL and how long that contract is for, and what the value is of that contract.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 24 January 2023 asking for information about TfL's relationship with Blue Systems.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The contract between TfL and Blue Systems Ltd to provide a Micromobility Data Management Solution ended in December 2022. TfL subsequently awarded a contract to Proband Limited to provide a Micromobility Data Management Solution to TfL, with an initial term of 2 years, under their existing ICT12833 Reseller and Associated Services 2 Framework.
