Specifically you asked:
“1) Does tfl have a Dun & Bradstreet number/account?
We do not have a contract with Dun & Bradstreet.
2) Does tfl adhere to contract law?”
TfL is subject to the legal regime that applies to its contracts which, in most cases, is the law of England and Wales and TfL’s contract management processes support compliance with that regime.
