Specifically you asked: “Please supply a geographically accurate map of all the stations, platforms, lines and tracks that form the London Underground, London Overground, Docklands Light Railway and National Rail services where applicable, which is updated as of March/April 2021.” The most recent such map we hold is from 2014 - a copy is attached. The map has not been updated since that time. Note that the Freedom of Information Act only covers recorded information that is held by a public authority at the time a request is made.
