I emailed tft to ask where I can see the published performance of the 371 bus route. I was told I would have to do an foi request to get access to this information. Can I please request the on time performance data by day for the 371 the the last year. Kind regards and thanks
Revised request received 27/01/2023: Can I refine my request please having reviewed what data is available on line. I am most keen to see the performance of the 371 daily at peak times in the morning and evening for as many metrics as you have. Please send the data via an excel spreadsheet.

TfL Ref: FOI-2711-2223 Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27th January 2023 asking for information about the 371 bus route.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is provided in the attached spreadsheet and the pdf document “R777_Route_Study - rte 371 (2022).” Please note that:
The Excel file shows year 2022 (01/01/2022 – 31/12/2022) data as follows:
Daily performance across AM peak (07:00-09:59), PM peak (16:00-18:59) and all hours.
Mileage daily performance across all hours. We do not report mileage by time periods.
Bus Speeds daily performance across AM peak (07:00-09:59), PM peak (16:00-18:59) and all hours.
The PDF file shows aggregated periodic data between P11 2021/22 and P10 2022/23 (08/01/2022 – 06/01/2023). Note that:
All data (except running times and layover times) is across all hours.
Due to temporary stopping arrangements and diversions in Kingston area mid-2022 there is no actual run time and terminal behaviour data available at certain periods.
