FOI request detail

Service Performance Data

Request ID: FOI-2709-1920
Date published: 18 December 2019

You asked

I am seeking the following information. London Underground performance statistics for (1) the network as a whole, (2) the Metropolitan Line, and (3) the Hammersmith & City Line, in each case for the last 36 months to the latest date for which the information is available, which I trust will be up to the end of the last complete 4-weekly accounting period at the time you send it out (and later if you have it). The performance information I seek relates to train operations and should include failures and delays of whatever category such that the number of delays and impact can be assessed, and be at sufficient detail to determine service miles (or kilometres) lost compared with timetable, Delay length and lost customer hours and so on caused by each failure, and preferably be in a form where comparison with previous years is possible. I imagine you already have spreadsheets containing this very information. I am perfectly happy to accept more detailed information and information about all lines, or for longer periods, if this reduces the effort required at your end to filter this out.
