Under the Freedom of Information ACT, can you please provide TfL, LUL, Surface Flexible Working Requests for 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22 to date.- accepted and rejected. Can this information be broken-down by equality strands (age, disability, religion, race, sexual orientation and gender), by all paybands (Director to PB1).

Thank you for your request received on 23 February 2022 asking for information about flexible working requests.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
Please find the requested information attached. Please note the following:
• These Flexible Working Requests have all been approved by an employee’s line manager in order for them to processed by Employee Services (ES). A transaction number is not created if the eform request is declined by the line manager. • In very rare instances these requests can be rejected by ES; this may be because the employee has a flexible working raised within 12 months, or if the employee has requested for compressed hours which the business have advised not to process at the moment. It is currently not possible to see which of these requests have been rejected by ES. • The figures for London Underground only account for current employees • There may be some staff with local arrangements that are made on an informal basis which we do not hold recorded information on
