Can you please provide the following information regarding Euston Square Underground Station: - When the authority first became aware that the platform edge departure boards stopped working. - The identified reason that the destination boards are not working. - When the destination boards are expected to be working again.

Thank you for your email received on 14th January 2019 asking for information about the departure boards at Euston Square underground station.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:

Question 1: When the authority first became aware that the platform edge departure boards stopped working?

Answer: 14th November 2018.

Question 2: The identified reason that the destination boards are not working?

Answer: Power failure to the signs.

Question 3: When the destination boards are expected to be working again?

Answer: The issue is planned to be resolved by 25th January 2019.
