Thank you for your email received on 14^th January 2019 asking for information about the departure boards at Euston Square underground station.

Question 1: When the authority first became aware that the platform edge departure boards stopped working?

Answer: 14^th November 2018.

Question 2: The identified reason that the destination boards are not working?

Answer: Power failure to the signs.

Question 3: When the destination boards are expected to be working again?

Answer: The issue is planned to be resolved by 25^th January 2019.
