Hello Sheen Lane in SW14 London come under London Lorry Ban. Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide the following: 1. Number of penalty notices issued for HGVs turning from Upper Richmond Road West on to Sheen Lane over the last 5 years. Please provide data split annually for Sheen Lane north of Upper Richmond Road West and south of Upper Richmond Road West. 2. Details of local and/or national statutory Regulations and laws (with references to all clauses) used to implement the scheme. 3. How the contraventions are monitored.
