Thank you for your follow up request which we received on 25 October 2023, asking for information about disciplinary and dismissal policies.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
As I said before, all TfL employees must comply with the company policies, standards, working procedures and guidelines equally. So we don’t have a separate process for senior members of staff.
In light of the information you received from Hounslow Council, I have attached a copy of our ‘Discipline at Work Policy’ and provided a linkto our ‘Code of Conduct Policy’, which I hope will satisfy your request. Please note that these documents relate to TfL employees. Information regarding the policy of agencies relating to contractor conduct and disciplinary procedures must be obtained directly from the relevant agency.
