Follow-up to FOI-2584-2122: How many British Muslim employees have you recruited?
Please provide figures for every year since 2010.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 18th February 2022 asking for information about the recruitment of British Muslims at TfL since 2010.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“How many British Muslim employees have you recruited? Please provide figures for every year since 2010.”
I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. Please see the data provided in the attached spreadsheet. This is based on information held in our central HR system that has been self-reported by staff. As you can see, a number of staff have not provided information or have selected the “prefer not to say” category. Therefore, the number of Muslim employees recruited each year is not necessarily reflected comprehensively in the data. Rather, the figures in the “Muslim” row represent a minimum number.
