Can you tell me since Sadiq Khan became Mayor of London how many times has rule 2.3(n) been breached?

Thank you for your email received on 11th January 2019 asking for information about the number of times section 2.3(n) of the TfL advertising policy has been breached since Sadiq Khan became Mayor.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is that TfL has never allowed advertisements that breach sub clause 2.3(n) of the advertising policy. All adverts which run on the TfL network are required to fully comply with that policy.
