Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 November 2024 asking for information about our CSA1 and CSA2 positions.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. We can confirm that we hold the information you have requested. You asked: I know Tfl do sponsor skilled worker visa, but I want to know are they sponsoring for CSA2 new entrants( new entrants get discounted salary criteria which should be £30960 per annum). Cause the pay is £33000, which crosses the criteria. Have they done it?. How many CSA1 has been sponsored by the company?

We do not sponsor CSA2 applicants as the salary does not meet the salary threshold. The salary threshold for a skilled worker visa is £38,400 which the CSA2 role does not meet.

We can confirm that we have sponsored 2x CSA1s.
