Please provide a copy of all correspondence sent by TfL to the London Borough of Croydon, together with any related assessments or analysis, relating to sustainable highways and transport provision and capacity needs for additional homes along the A23 Purley Way corridor in Croydon. This should include, but not be limited to, TfL's input and response (if any) to Croydon Council's draft Purley Way Masterplan consultation and its consultation on its review of the Croydon Local Plan. The period this FOI request covers is from 8 February 2021 to 17 February 2022.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 February 2022, asking for copies of all correspondence and any associated documents sent by TfL officers to the London Borough of Croydon, regarding sustainable transport provision on the A23 Purley Way .
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require.
However, the information you have requested is exempt from disclosure in accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, which applies where the information requested is accessible to the applicant by other means.
As you have requested information which can be obtained internally within the London Borough of Croydon, of which you are one of the Councillors, we therefore we consider that this information is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act as it is accessible to you elsewhere.
This exemption is an absolute exemption and so there is no requirement to go on to consider the public interest.
