You asked

Could I have a copy of the following two documents; both of which are referred to in the planning application documents for the Arnos Grove Station Car Park development: specifically the Housing Delivery Statement para 5.8 which reads (my underlining of the relevant part): 5.8 The quantum of affordable housing is appropriate having regard to the following factors: - ▪ Strategic Housing Need:...... ▪ Fast Track: Enfield does not presently have a BTR policy. Draft London Plan H13 confirms, in the absence of an adopted local BTR policy, BTR schemes providing 35% affordable housing can be fast track compliant. TFL’s agreement with the Mayor enables individual sites to be fast track compliant provided: i) they provide a minimum of 35% affordable housing; and ii) the overall average across all TfL sites equals at least 50%. All seven sites in the BTR portfolio will provide 40% Affordable Housing. TfL’s overall delivery programme exceeds 50% affordable housing. The GLA confirmed the scheme is eligible for fast track in pre application discussions. ▪ Financial Viability: .... ▪ Grant: .... ▪ Review Mechanism: ..... 1. The confirmation from the GLA in the pre-application discussions that the scheme is eligible for the fast track approach, including if given the reasoning, as referred to in the last sentence of this paragraph. 2. The agreement between TfL and the Mayor of London which is referred to here.
