Engineering has been through a transformation process for allocation of roles. Can you provide the process that was gone through regarding how the roles were allocated. What was the hierarchy of criteria for selection of individuals, passing the assessment, CV etc. What was the weighting given to each criteria at each stage. How were 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices, governed i.e. was it highest score for all roles so could someone not allocated a 1st choice 'bump' (if they scored more) someone who was in their 2nd choice position. Who would need to be on the selection panel for allocation of the roles.
