I would like to be sent copies of all correspondence and internal documents that relate to the current Addiscombe Road tram work, particularly (but not limited to) any documentation relating to requirements to (1) notify residents in advance that this work would be taking place and (2) monitoring and limiting noise during the works given that this is taking place in a residential area.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 October 2023 asking for information about tram / road works at Addiscombe Road Croydon.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Residents in close proximity to the works were notified following a consultation with the TfL communications team (see attached letter). We regret if this communication did not reach you as intended.
Please also find attached an extract from the Construction Phase Plan regarding these works.
