Any draft versions of weekly reports submitted by the Chair of Crossrail to the Mayor of London, to update the Mayor on the progress of Crossrail.
The final versions of these weekly reports as submitted to the Mayor of London.
Please confine your searches to weekly reports drafted between 1 May 2018 and 29 August 2018.

Thank you for your request received on 9 January 2019 asking for copies of the draft and final versions of the weekly reports that went from the Chair of Crossrail to the Mayor of London.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

The draft versions can be found in the ‘Emails on Weekly Mayor updates’ and the final versions under ‘Weekly Mayor Update’.
Please note that these weekly reports were provided by TfL to the Mayor of London, drawing on input from Crossrail Ltd as well as from other sources. They were not direct reports from the Chair of Crossrail Ltd to the Mayor of London.
