Thank you for that information.
Further to my previous FOI request (attached below), please provide the following:
A copy of the entirety of the agreement between TfL and the DfT, outlining TfL's obligation to run "semi fast" services of this nature - including the expiry date of this agreement, the requirements with which these "semi-fast" services must comply, and the procedure for making alterations to the agreement.
The latest copy of the full contract awarded to MTR to provide a train service on the Elizabeth line.
The threshold for awarding compensation (in addition to a refund) to delayed passengers, for delays on the Elizabeth line.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. Specifically you asked:

TfL’s obligation to maintain the Crossrail services is contained in the Sponsors Agreement between TfL and the Secretary of State. Please see a copy of the agreement available on the National Archives’ website using the following link:
