In August 2021 it was announced that the Liveable Neighbourhoods scheme for Crouch End had been paused due to long term TFL funding issues. This was confirmed by TfL in december.
Can you please tell me A. how much money has been spent on the Crouch end scheme to date?
B. How much of the scheduled £4.8m has been expended by TfL or given to Haringey?
C. Whether further monies have been passed to Haringey council from TfL for this scheme since august 2021?
D. Whether the TfL Liveable Neighbourhoods scheme is still paused/in abeyance?
E. Whether it will be reinstated given TfL's funding problems?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15th February 2022 asking for information about the Crouch End Liveable Neighbourhood scheme.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:
Question A. how much money has been spent on the Crouch end scheme to date?
Question B. How much of the scheduled £4.8m has been expended by TfL or given to Haringey?
Answer: £687k to date, claimed in arrears for work carried out.
Question C. Whether further monies have been passed to Haringey council from TfL for this scheme since august 2021?
Answer: No funding has been allocated to Haringey for this scheme since the Liveable Neighbourhood programme was paused in March 2021. Funds for the financial year 2020-21 were claimed in August 2021.
Question D. Whether the TfL Liveable Neighbourhoods scheme is still paused/in abeyance?
Answer: The programme remains paused at the time of writing.
Question E. Whether it will be reinstated given TfL's funding problems?
Answer: A decision has not yet been taken - this will depend on consideration of our future funding and any associated conditions.
