Please can you provide the TFL Company Sick Pay Scheme and Redundancy Scheme. This is not the policy (Attendance at Work) but the actual breakdown of how much pay an employee would be entitled to (weeks/months equivalent of salary) depending on length of service. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 November 2019 asking for information about sick pay and redundancy.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. You asked:

Please can you provide the TFL Company Sick Pay Scheme and Redundancy Scheme. This is not the policy (Attendance at Work) but the actual breakdown of how much pay an employee would be entitled to (weeks/months equivalent of salary) depending on length of service.  It may be part of the Appendices to the Terms and conditions of Employment. This is for Operational Managers (Signalling Control Centre)

Please find attached the appendices that would accompany LU Operational Staff and Operational Managers Contracts relating to sick pay. The document is dated  2003 but is still valid.

Information relating to redundancy can be found on page 10, section 6.2.6 of the attached Operational Staff and Operational Managers Main Agreement document.
