Are you able to share with me the reason for the 4 appeals that were accepted for the PCNs delivered on 24th Nov 2021 between 9-10pm?

Thank you again for your request received by us on 17 February 2021, asking for details of the four previously mentioned accepted representations.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The reason for three of the representations that were accepted, was that they were forced/diverted into the zone. The fourth reason was that they advised they had sold the vehicle before the date of the contravention.
