I would like to know the amount of compensation paid to flatowners 9 - 61 Messant Close Harold Wood Essex RM3 0WP (odd numbers only, 27 flats) for the temporary use and purchase of land relating to the A127 / Ardleigh Green Bridge Replacement.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28 March 2017 asking for information about the amount of compensation paid to flat owners 9 - 61 Messant Close Harold Wood Essex RM3 0WP (odd numbers only, 27 flats) for the temporary use and purchase of land relating to the A127 / Ardleigh Green Bridge Replacement.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

 

The amount of compensation paid in respect of the temporary use of land relating to the A127/ Ardleigh Green Bridge Replacement was £60,800. The amount paid in respect of land purchased was £80,000.
