Buskers are issued with a licence showing their name, licence number, an expiry date and a photograph. They are allowed to perform at our stations if they have a valid licence and are included on the buskers’ pitch roster.
Buskers are required by the terms and conditions of their licence to obey the instructions of operational staff, particularly in relation to safety and security. This includes turning down the volume of their amplifier when requested, leaving the station when requested and following the evacuation procedure during an emergency.
