You asked
"Have Complaince Officers at any time in the past 4 years turned up to Uber's office to find that Uber had relocated and not informed TFL. Have Complaince Officers then gone back to the same address at a later date only to discover Uber have moved their staff back into the offices that were empty on a previous visit?"

Thank you for your email received by us 27 March 2017 asking for information about Uber.

We have considered your request in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do the information you require. You asked:

Have Compliance Officers at any time in the past 4 years turned up to Uber's office to find that Uber had relocated and not informed TFL.

Have Compliance Officers then gone back to the same address at a later date only to discover Uber have moved their staff back into the offices that were empty on a previous visit?

 

Uber have been present at all inspections. There were no instances in which Compliance Officers attended and Uber had already moved on to other premises.
