Would it be possible to get an update on the data set provided in response to the request made last year (FOI-1576-1819) to include the most recent monthly data available. Also, in your previous response, you said that: "Prior to issuing the penalty we manually verify that the image of the vehicle observed in the zone matches the vehicle information provided by the DVLA. Only when there is a match is a penalty issued. At the point of issuing the penalty we would not know if a vehicle had been cloned." This would seem to suggest that many other instances of potentially cloned vehicles entering the congestion zone are recorded, but no penalties are issued in these cases because of the mismatch. Please could you provide comparable (ie month-by-month) data for the numbers of these cases to compare with the updated, original data set. If there are any reasons but cloning that you are aware of that the DVLA data would not match the visual inspection, please let me know. Thanks for your help.
