I'd like to know to monitor and enforce ULEZ charging, do you use any third party ANPR camera data in addition to the dedicated ULEZ cameras acquired data, for example car park's ANPR data or premise (airport or train station or tube station) ANPR data?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 October 2023 asking for information about Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) camera data.  

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

TfL Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera data will be used to enforce all Road User Charging schemes if a vehicle is seen driving within those zones.
